We’re looking for a dynamic Social Media Coordinator to be the voice and creative force behind our brand’s presence on key platforms, particularly TikTok. You’ll turn market insights into thumb-stopping content that grows our community.
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Creation
Spearhead Content Planning: Develop innovative social media ideas and comprehensive content calendars for all brand pages.
Creative Execution: Work closely with our in-house design team to produce high-quality, visually cohesive social media posts that strictly adhere to brand guidelines.
Become Our TikTok Lead: Utilize native TikTok video creation tools to assist in filming, editing, and producing engaging short-form video content.
Trend Hunting: Proactively monitor social platforms for emerging trends, viral sounds, and content opportunities to ensure our brand is timely and relevant.
Community & Collaboration
Audience Engagement: Actively manage and grow our community by responding to comments, messages, and audience interactions across all channels.
Influencer Relations: Collaborate with TikTok celebrities and influencers, and assist the team in identifying new partners for fruitful content collaborations.
Cross-Functional Partnership: Work seamlessly with the internal sales team, designers, and external partners to ensure content supports business and marketing goals.
Analysis & Optimization
Competitive Edge: Conduct regular competitor analysis to benchmark our performance and identify successful best practices for immediate adoption.
Timely Publishing: Ensure all content is uploaded accurately and on schedule to maximize reach and impact.
Candidate Qualifications
Must-Haves
Education: Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a specialization in Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: 1–3 years of practical experience in digital marketing, with a proven focus on social media strategy and execution.
Platform Expertise: Strong, demonstrable understanding of content best practices for TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.
Skills & Attributes
Creative Storyteller: Exceptional creativity, a unique voice, and strong communication skills necessary to translate brand messages into engaging narratives.
Collaboration Ready: Proven ability to collaborate effectively with designers, influencers, and internal sales teams to execute integrated content strategies.
